Tagasulat is a Windows PC app built for TikTok Live sellers. It automatically captures buyer pins from your live stream, prints thermal labels, and tracks every order — so you can focus on selling instead of typing. This guide walks you through the full workflow from setup to post-live.
Before you go live, set up your price buttons. Tagasulat gives you up to four custom price slots — tap any of them during the live to instantly stamp a price on a buyer's mine. Set up your prices →
You can also prepare your carry-over items from the previous session. If buyers mined items that weren't shipped last time, Tagasulat loads them automatically when you start a new session →

Once your session is running, the Mine Board → becomes your command center. Every buyer whose pin is captured appears here in real time — username, price, and label status all in one row. You don't have to type anything; Tagasulat reads the live and adds mines automatically.
Each buyer on the board may have a small colored icon next to their name. These are Buyer Badges → — they tell you at a glance whether the buyer is a regular, has a pending checkout, or has been flagged before.
Some sellers have regulars who show up every live. These are tracked as Joy Miners → — you can mark a buyer as a Joy Miner to track them separately and recognize them quickly during fast-paced lives.
If you have items with no price (giveaways, freebies, or promo items), use the Free / ₱0 button → to record the mine without stamping a price.

Not every mine leads to a Seller Center order right away. Buyers who claim an item but haven't completed checkout yet are tracked in the No-Checkout Section →
When a buyer comes back to complete their checkout, you can move them out of no-checkout and back into the main board flow.
When your live ends, head to the Orders Tab → This is where your printed labels meet your Seller Center orders. Paste your orders from Seller Center, click Parse, and Tagasulat matches every label to an order automatically.
The Orders Tab covers the full shipping flow — copying from Seller Center, reviewing status pills, approving mismatches, arranging, and generating your waybill PDF. It's broken into five steps, each with its own guide.
Anything that doesn't resolve itself — mismatches, unmatched orders, and buyers who mined but never checked out — lands in After-Live Follow-Up →, a phone page where you clean them up. What you do there controls what carries over into your next session.
Depending on your plan, you have access to additional tools during and after your live:
When your live is over, click End Session. Tagasulat saves a full summary of all mines, prints, and carry-overs. View the Session Summary & Export →
Any buyer who didn't complete checkout becomes a carry-over and will appear automatically the next time you start a session.
