Two people, two devices, one live: an admin on the PC running Tagasulat, and a seller on a phone or tablet with the Seller Screen open. The seller taps buyers and prices as they mine; the Admin Status on the PC decides where the label prints and whether the admin gets to check it first.
Set it from the dropdown at the top of the PC app. The Seller Screen shows the current status in its top bar, so the seller always knows which mode she's in.
Online — "sends to approval". The admin is at the PC. Every Print the seller taps goes to the PC, which shows the buyer for a few seconds and auto-approves unless the admin stops it. The label prints on the PC's printer. Use this when one person checks names and another handles the live.
On Break — "printing direct". The admin stepped away. The seller's own Bluetooth printer takes over: her Print taps print immediately from her device, and the mine is recorded straight to the board. Nothing waits for the PC.
Offline — "printing direct". No admin at all — same as On Break: the seller prints from her device and the board updates as she goes. The PC can still be open and listening for pins.
On the phone or tablet, sign in to Mimasaur and open the 🖨️ Seller Screen tile on the dashboard. A staff member with the seller role can do this with her own login.
Start the live on the PC as usual. The Seller Screen picks up that live and shows the same mine board — every pin the PC captures appears on both, within a second.
The seller taps a pinned buyer (or types a name), taps the price, and taps Print & Record. Where it prints depends on the status above. Record Only puts the mine on the board without a label; 2nd Mine adds another item for a buyer already on the board.
