The core tool is the Tagasulat PC App — install it on your Windows computer, log in with your Mimasaur account, and it's ready for your next TikTok Live. During the live, it automatically picks up buyer pins in real time so you don't have to type anything.
If you need to record manually from another device (phone, tablet, or a different PC), Tagasulat Web is available in any browser. A thermal printer is optional but highly recommended for printing labels.
Any Bluetooth thermal printer that supports the ESC/POS protocol — the most common type used by TikTok Live sellers. The Web Bluetooth API requires Chrome on Android or a Chromium-based desktop browser.
The Tagasulat PC App is Windows-only — it runs on the computer you use during your TikTok Live.
The Mimasaur Pocket phone app (run your live & print without a PC) is Android-only, because it needs Web Bluetooth — which iOS/Safari doesn't support.
Tagasulat Web (manual recording) works on any modern browser including Safari on iPhone, so you can record mines from an iPhone if needed — but Bluetooth label printing and NFC clock-in for Sweldo still require Chrome on Android or a desktop browser.
In TikTok Live selling, a buyer "mines" an item by commenting to claim it. Tagasulat records that claim, prints a label, and tracks it on the mine board — all in real time during your live stream.
Sweldo is available on the Pro plan. Once subscribed, go to My Store, find your Kiosk QR code, and open that link on any phone or tablet at your shop. Employees can then clock in and out using their PIN or an NFC card (Android/Chrome only).
