A Joy Miner is a buyer with a history of missing checkout — they mine during your live but don't complete their Seller Center order. The Joy Miner system tracks and flags these buyers automatically so you can spot them the moment they appear on the mine board.
There are two ways a buyer becomes a Joy Miner:
Tagasulat tracks checkout history across sessions. When a buyer accumulates enough consecutive missed checkouts over a rolling 30-day window — meeting the streak threshold you set in Settings — they're automatically flagged as a Joy Miner. You don't have to do anything. The next time they mine, their row shows the ⭐ badge.
You can adjust how strict the detection is under Settings → Joy Miner Threshold.
Go to the Joy Miners tab in the Records panel to see the full list. From there you can remove anyone who has since started checking out consistently. Removals take effect in the next session.
