Small marks next to a buyer's name tell you, in a glance, who you're dealing with — before the label prints. Same meanings on the phone and the PC; they just look a little different.
Each buyer carries exactly one:
On Pocket, only JOY shows. NEW and OLD come from your checkout records, and those are built the morning after — order matching and After-Live are Basic and Pro. Rather than mark everyone NEW forever, Pocket shows no pill unless you Re-Lived the buyer before (JOY).
NEW — has never completed a checkout with your store. First-timer, or someone who has only ever mined. On the PC this also shows as ★ First time! under the name.
OLD — has checked out with you before. A regular.
JOY — a Joy Miner: mined before, didn't pay. Double-check before printing. Forgive her for this live and the pill goes back to NEW or OLD.
↩ prev — a carry-over: she mined in an earlier live and still hasn't checked out. Her items travel with her until you settle them (checked out, Keep, Re-Live) or she pays. On the PC the same buyers sit under No checkout yet with the ↩ mark.
⚠ 2/2 (red card) — a NEW buyer has reached your new-buyer limit: the most pieces a first-timer may mine in one go. Set it under Settings; 0 turns it off. The PC asks before letting her past it. Basic and Pro (it needs to know who is NEW).
🚫 BLACKLISTED — on your blacklist. Shown on the pin banner (phone) or under the name in the form (PC). Nothing prints by itself; you decide.
🚨 PUNYETA — RTS buyer — flagged Return-to-Seller, by you or by another store through Community Watch. Loud banner, alarm sound (if on), never auto-printed. Meaning: 'wag i-mine.
