A buyer mined during your live but didn't check out — and you've agreed she'll pay later, pay by GCash, or pick up from the shop. Keep sets her items aside for her. It counts as settled: she stops carrying over into your next live, and it does not count as a missed checkout against her (no Joy Miner strike). Everything you keep is listed in one place until you release it.
After the live, open After-Live from the dashboard. Find the buyer under No Checkout and tap 📦 Keep.
If she has paid already (GCash, Maya, bank), tick Paid now? and enter the amount and reference. If not, just tap Keep item — it's kept as pay-later.
Kept items show in Tagasulat on your phone under 📦 Others → 📌 Keep Items, and on the Direct Payments page, where a payment that comes in later can be attached to the kept item with one tap.
In No checkout yet (below the Mine Board), right-click the buyer and choose Keep. Add a note if you like ("pickup Saturday").
Keeping several at once: when carried-over buyers load at the start of a live, select them and click 📌 Keep on the selection bar.
Everything kept lives in Records → 📌 Keep Items. Tick Show released to see history too.
When she pays, click ✓ Paid on the entry and enter the amount and reference. A payment recorded on the web Direct Payments page shows up here by itself — no restart needed.
When the item has been handed over or shipped, click ↑ Release. It moves out of the active list into history.
