Keep Items lets you set aside specific items for specific buyers between lives — for example, a regular who messages you before the live to reserve something, or a buyer who wants to pick up from your shop. Items in the Keep list are tracked separately from your mine board and don't need to be mined during a live.
Go to the Keep Items tab in Tagasulat (available outside of a live session).
Click Add Keep. Enter the buyer's name, the item description, and the price. Save the entry.
The item appears in the Keep list. You can print a label for it at any time, independent of any live session.
When the buyer picks up or completes their order, mark the keep entry as Released. It moves out of the active Keep list and into history.
