What Mimasaur can do — and what it can't

Mimasaur (Tagasulat + Sweldo) is a set of tools that speed up the work you already do during a TikTok Live and when you run payroll. It's honest work by a small team — powerful, but not magic. Here's the plain truth so there are no surprises.

🧑‍💻 It speeds up your work — it doesn't run your store for you

Mimasaur helps you capture, print, match, and track faster. It does not replace a person. A store admin (you or your staff) still needs to run the live session, confirm buyers, print and stick labels, pack orders, and make the final calls. Think of it as a very fast assistant, not an autopilot.

🔌 It is not officially connected to TikTok

Aside from the pin listener — which reads buyer pins/comments from your own live stream — Mimasaur has no official API or integration with TikTok. It cannot place orders in TikTok, control or log into your TikTok account for you, change your Seller Center, or guarantee that every single pin or comment is captured. If TikTok changes how their live works, capture can be affected.

Mimasaur is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance.

✅ Accuracy is best-effort — always double-check

Automatic pin capture, screen/OCR reading, and order matching are helpers, not guarantees. They can occasionally miss a pin, misread a number, or match the wrong order. Always verify amounts, buyers, and quantities before you ship or charge. You are responsible for the final numbers.

📊 About Sweldo payroll computations

Payroll and government-contribution figures (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, tax, 13th month, DOLE premiums) are provided as a guide based on standard rules — they are not a substitute for a licensed accountant or HR professional. Contribution tables and statutory rates also change from time to time. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming every payslip and final amount before releasing pay.

💳 Payments & renewals

Subscriptions are processed securely by PayMongo (GCash, Maya, or card). Because e-wallets can't be silently auto-charged, plans are pay-to-renew — you re-pay each cycle to keep your plan active. Prices and inclusions may change over time; the current plan pages always show what's included.

🔐 Your account & data

Your store data is synced to the cloud so it's available across your devices. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for how you use any TikTok login details within the tools. Don't share your account, and keep your credentials private.

In short: Mimasaur makes your live and your payroll faster and more organized, but it still needs you — to run it, to check it, and to make the final decisions. If any of the above isn't clear, please reach out through your Mimasaur account before subscribing.
