PC or phone? Pocket+

Tagasulat runs the same live on a Windows PC and on your phone: pins arrive, labels print, the board fills up. The difference is everything around that. If you have a PC or laptop, run the live there. The phone is for when you're away from it — or, better, as the Seller Screen next to it.

🖥 PC When the PC is the right choice

Almost always, if you have one. It listens to TikTok itself — nothing in between — and everything it needs is on the machine: prices, labels, the board, your printer. If our servers have a bad day mid-live, it doesn't notice: pins still arrive, labels still print, and it uploads everything once we're back. Waybills print straight to the printer with every buyer's name on them. Every pin can be screenshotted for disputes. And it's fast: pick a price with a key, Enter to print.

📱 Phone When the phone is the right choice

When there's no PC — at a market, a pop-up, a friend's shop — or when you simply don't own one. The cloud listens to your live for you and sends every pin to your phone; your Bluetooth printer does the rest. Open it in Google Chrome on an Android phone — that's the browser that can talk to your printer. It's the same board, the same orders tab, the same waybill writing (you download the PDF instead of printing it). What it can't do is get new pins while our servers are down — the cloud is what listens for it. What's already on the board stays, and still prints.

🌐
On the phone, use Google Chrome. If you tapped our link inside Facebook or Messenger, it opened in their built-in browser — that one can't reach your printer. Tap the ⋯ menu and choose Open in Chrome, or type mimasaur.app into Chrome yourself. The printer card on the live page shows an Open in Chrome button for this too. iPhones can't print from the browser at all — but an iPhone makes a fine Seller Screen next to the PC, which does the printing. A Mac can print: open the phone version in Google Chrome on the Mac and it works like an Android phone (it is the phone version, not the Windows app).
🖥 + 📱 Have both? Use both.

The setup we recommend: the PC runs the live — listening, printing — and your phone opens the Seller Screen. Your seller taps buyers and prices on the phone; the PC prints. If the admin steps away, the phone's own printer takes over. You get the PC's reliability and the phone's convenience in the same live. How the Seller Screen works →

Installing the PC app takes two minutes: download, run, sign in with the same account. It updates itself, and your data is never touched by an update. Windows may show a warning the first time because we're a small publisher — choose More info → Run anyway. Download for Windows →
