What Is a Joy Miner? Basic+

A Joy Miner mines during your live but doesn't check out — "joy" as in for fun. The app keeps score across lives and flags her the moment she's pinned, so you can decide before the label prints. She's not blocked; you're warned.

How a buyer becomes a Joy Miner

Automatically. Every live, the app checks who mined and never checked out. Miss after miss in a row and she's flagged — by default after 2 consecutive misses, looking back over the last 360 days. Both numbers are yours to change on the PC under Settings → ⚡ Session (Joy Miner lookback and consecutive miss threshold). A checkout resets her streak.

By hand. Someone you already know skips checkouts: add her yourself — phone: 📦 Others → 👥 Buyers → ➕ Add → Joy Miner; website: Dashboard → Buyers → + Add joy miner. The PC shows the same list under Records → Buyers.

What you can do when she's pinned

1

Print anyway — she's a repeat visitor and you'll take the risk. Nothing changes.

2

🕊 Forgive for this live — the warning goes away for the rest of this live and auto-print treats her like anyone else. Next live she's flagged again unless she checked out. Phone: ⋯ on her card. PC: the Forgive for this session button on the warning.

3

☠️ Re-Live — you're re-selling the item to someone else. Removes her from the board and counts this as another miss. Phone: ⋯ menu. PC: right-click.

4

🚫 Blacklist — enough. See Blacklist →.

💡
Approving, reselling or cancelling her in After-Live, or setting her item aside with Keep, all count as handled — only "did nothing" builds the streak. Removing her from the list takes effect on the next live.
