Approving Orders Basic+

Orders that didn't auto-match — Mismatches and Not-in-Session orders — need manual review before they can be arranged. Approval is your confirmation that you've checked the order and it's safe to proceed.

brief description
1

In the Orders tab, find rows showing a Mismatch or Not in Session status pill. These need your attention before they can be arranged.

2

Click the row to expand it. Tagasulat shows you what it found: the Seller Center buyer name on one side and the closest match from your mine board on the other. Compare them to decide if they're the same person.

3

If they match — click Approve. A reason dropdown appears before confirming. Choose the reason that best describes why the order didn't auto-match:

  • Name mismatch — the TikTok username and Seller Center name are different but it's the same person.
  • Split checkout — the buyer placed their order across two separate Seller Center checkouts. Use this when you see two orders for the same buyer.
  • Not in session — the order came from Seller Center but the buyer didn't mine during this live.
  • Other — anything else.

The selected reason is recorded in the session log for reference.

4

If they don't match — do not approve. Investigate manually. The buyer may have ordered without mining, or the order may belong to a different live.

⚠️
Only approve if you're confident the Seller Center order and the mine board buyer are the same person. Approving a wrong match could mean printing a label with the wrong name.
