Printing & Downloading Payslips Pro / Solo

Once a payroll run is released, you can generate PDF payslips — one per employee — for your records, for distribution, and for BIR compliance. Employees can also view and download their own payslips through the Staff Portal.

Printing a single payslip

1

Open a released payroll run from the Payroll tab.

2

Find the employee row and click the 🖨️ Print icon on that row. A print-ready view of that employee's payslip opens in a new browser tab.

3

Use your browser's print dialog (Ctrl+P) to print or save as PDF. Set Margins: None and Scale: 100% for the best formatting.

Printing all payslips at once

1

On a released payroll run, click Print All Payslips. A single print document opens containing all employee payslips for that period, stacked on separate pages.

2

Print the document or save it as a single PDF file. You can then split the PDF into individual files if you need to email them separately.

Employee self-service: Staff Portal

Employees can view and download their own payslips at any time from the Staff Portal without needing to ask their manager. As soon as a payroll run is released, it becomes visible in their portal's Payslips tab. See The Staff Portal → for details.

💡
Philippine Labor Code requires employers to give employees a payslip for every pay period. Sweldo's PDF payslips satisfy this requirement — just make sure to distribute them each cutoff, either by printing or directing employees to their staff portal.
