Clock-in Alerts Pro / Solo

Sweldo can tell you each time someone clocks in — ✅ Jomar clocked in 8:03 AM (18 min late) — as a notification on your phone, by email, or both, so you know who's in without opening the app. One message per arrival, nothing else: if your phone stays quiet, nobody has come in yet. Both are free.

📱 Phone Notification on your phone
1

On the phone that should buzz, open Mimasaur in Google Chrome → Sweldo → Settings → 🔔 Clock-in alerts → Turn on. Chrome asks "Allow mimasaur.app to send notifications?" — tap Allow. That's it: the next clock-in shows on your lock screen, even with the site closed. It's one card per day that keeps updating — the top line is who just arrived, and if you pull it open it lists everyone in so far: 3 in today: Ana 7:55 · Jomar 8:03 · Bea 8:10. It buzzes on each arrival but never piles up. Tapping it opens Sweldo.

2

iPhone? One step first: in Safari, tap Share → Add to Home Screen, then open Mimasaur from the Home Screen icon. The switch appears there. (Safari itself can't do notifications; the Home Screen version can.)

3

Tapped Block by mistake? Chrome won't let a site ask twice, so the switch shows Blocked in this browser with the way back: tap the 🔒 (or ⓘ) at the left of the address bar → Permissions → Notifications → Allow, then Check again.

ⓘ
The notification is per phone: it's on for the phone where you tapped Allow. A second phone can be added the same way, and the settings card lists them so you can remove one. Turn off on the card stops it for that phone; Chrome's permission stays yours to keep.
📧 Email Email

On the same card, switch Email on. It goes to the address you sign in with, immediately, with the same line. Works on any phone or browser — use it on its own, together with the notification, or leave both off to get nothing at all. Your choice, and you can change it any time.

🕘
The message says (N min late) when she was late against her schedule, and flagged, check Sweldo when the kiosk flagged the entry (a rest day, or very late) — those are the ones worth a look. Clock-outs are not announced; the timesheet has those.
